We work with Village Inns, a group of hotels and pubs in many locations across the North of England. This includes Windermere, High Peak, North Yorkshire and Burnley. We offer a variety of services including website design, social media management, email marketing and Search Engine Optimisation. We regularly manage their social media accounts (as well as Social Media Ads) posting pictures of the venue, food and drink, offers and engage with customers throughout the platform. As well as setting up and managing their table booking systems, we also setup and manage their Property Management Systems (PMS) which allows customers to book rooms directly with them. This system integrates with many Online Travel Agents (OTAs), including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com and AirBnb. We are regularly on site with the client creating strategies for events that occur throughout the year as well as offers that they would like to run.
