We worked with COR2ED an independent medical education company based in Switzerland to support them with their Digital Strategy. They produce educational programmes for healthcare professionals to earn their Continuing Medical Education points. This led to an indepth review of all their digital channels, such as websites, email marketing and social media. Ultimately, this lead to consolidating all 14 of their websites to one resource, this in the long run will help reduce maintenance and hosting fees, as well as improve SEO rankings. We createed an online meeting platform for them when COVID-19 occurred, which helped healthcare professionals to continue to learn. The platform allowed healthcare professionals to create an account, complete pre/post meeting surveys, sent out automatic meeting reminder emails, tracked their attendance and had a reporting tool for the team to monitor meeting performance. We also supported the team to run their meetings on the platform. As they had a number of social media accounts to engage with healthcare professionals, we recommended and implemented a social media platform manager with multiple roles for the team. This enabled the team to work cohesively, whilst also alowing more senior staff to monitor and approve content that was being published (inline with the ABPI Code of Practice and Yellow Card).
