About Us

A local, friendly digital agency

Let us introduce ourselves...

We are an independent digital agency based in the small market town of Congleton in Cheshire. We specialise in taking businesses online and helping them to grow online by utilising relevant digital channels.

Our team is made up mainly of project managers, brand specialists, photographers, designers and developers.

Zesty Digital is not part of a large agency group, and therefore is made up of hand-picked local professionals that have had years of specialist experience in their fields. Being independent allows us to be flexible in the service in which we provide to our customers, ultimately producing outstanding deliverables at an affordable investment.

The Process...

Scoping is the first phase of any project. Here is where we find your vision & goals, and then we will help to guide you on the options and possibilities for your project. A Statement of Work (SOW) is written up, agreed and signed by us and yourself on what is to be completed during the project.

A Statement of Work is a document that is agreed by key stakeholders and us, it includes what work is to be completed, costs and initial requirements.

Planning is key. Once we know the vision & goals, we will begin to plan the project. Part of the planning stage is to agree on the specifications and requirements. If the project includes a creative process then the creativity is initialised at this point.

Development of the project begins. The rough specifications and requirements are handed over to the development team to be implemented. The development process begins in the back end and progresses to the front end. The back end setup is a crucial foundation for following development and end user experience. Once this has been completed we will ask you, the stakeholder(s) for feedback and adjustments are made.

At this point we test the project rigorously to ensure that it matched the initial specifications and requirements. Once this has been passed, the project is deployed to the public and made live. The project then moves into a ‘forgotten’ step, the maintenance phase.

After the project has been delivered, the maintenance phase begins. This is a continuous phase of improving functionality and giving support to you. Depending on the project, further development may be required and evolve into a second project.

So, what next?

It’s time to get in touch and start turning your vision into reality… We can’t wait to get started!
